All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars and include GST.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We take great care when preparing your order for shipment. As such, once packaging has commenced, we are unable to cancel existing orders. Please e-mail us immediately if you wish to revise or cancel your order and we will attempt to assist you. We reserve the right to refuse order cancellation, at all times.

Mason House always takes care to ensure, as best as possible, that our products are described accurately on our website. Please be advised that we are somewhat at the disposal of our suppliers when it comes to product information.
Your product may vary slightly in design or colour from the exact product displayed in our online store. Appearances may also vary depending on what type of device or screen you are viewing our website with. Hand-made products in particular are all unique and will vary from item to item. Please be aware of this before purchase and ensure to ask us any questions you need to in order to make your decision. Small variances will not be grounds for refund.

Please pay close and careful attention to any product care or safety instructions or guidelines that come with your item or are displayed on the Mason House website. Mason House will not replace any products that have been damaged due to misuse, or neglect.
Please ensure that young children are never left unsupervised with smaller products or products containing small detachable parts. Mason House will not be responsible for any damage or injury that may occur due to incorrect use or lack of supervision.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
On rare occasions our suppliers are unable to deliver stock to us, for whatever reason, or stock is deemed by us to not be of sufficient quality to sell. Because of this, we may have to occasionally remove items from our online store and reserve the right to do this, at any time, including after an order has been placed. We do not assume liability to customers or any third party for any consequences that may arise out of the removal of a product or cancellation of an order due to unavailability. Refunds will be given in the case that an order has been confirmed and paid for.
