Shipping

We aim to ship Australia wide to all metro areas. Unfortunately, in some cases we may not be able to deliver certain items to the door in regional or remote areas, especially for bulky items. If you are located in a remote/regional area and wish to place an order, please contact us in advance so we can ensure that your item can be delivered to your door.

All orders will be processed and confirmed via e-mail once payment has been successfully made. Please ensure all details on your confirmation e-mail and are correct and notify us if there is any error as soon as possible. We are unable to correct errors in your shipping address once orders have been sent, so please double check that you have entered your address correctly. Redelivery costs might incur.

All items are inspected for defects and packages safely and securely for delivery. All relevant delivery costs will be added to your final total, based on the size of your order and your location.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for bulky items weighing more than 3 kg. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery service may leave a pick up card at your address and you must collect your order from the post office location stipulated on this card.

We work with several delivery partners including Australia Post and private courier companies.
